Community Cohesion Champions: UKSPF Volunteer Programme (The 3Cs)
The 3C Project is bringing people together to build resilience, tackle inequalities, and strengthen relationships between local organisations and residents. Through volunteering, training, and community-led initiatives, we’re creating positive change from the ground up

First Step Together Project
First Step Together was a 12-week community walking project led by Walsall For All CIC
The project ran from May 8th until August 2nd, 2025, and was co-designed in response to insights gathered during Walsall’s 2024 Integration Consultations for the 2025–2035 Cohesion Strategy.

Aspire & Achieve Walsall: YFF Project
With our partners Aaina Hub, The Aspire & Achieve walsall project is amplifying the voices of Walsall’s Pakistani and Bangladeshi youth. Through in-depth surveys and workshops, we’re learning about their experiences in education, work, and wellbeing — and using these insights to shape better opportunities and stronger community support
Community Advisor Programme
Walsall is home to a vibrant network of community-led initiatives, driven by passionate and skilled individuals from its richly diverse population. To build on this strength, our Community Advisors (CA) Programme empowers local residents and activists to make an even greater impact across the borough.
